Danielle has been practicing law for over sixteen years with a primary focus on insurance defense and personal injury law. She is admitted to practice in both the state and federal courts of Rhode Island (2001) and Massachusetts (2002). She has extensive experience as a trial and settlement attorney in cases involving wrongful death, catastrophic injury and products liability claims. Danielle also has broad range of experience in the asbestos litigation representing and defending multiple companies and corporations sued in cases involving claims for mesothelioma, asbestosis and lung cancer diagnosis.
Danielle is a graduate of Wellesley College (B.A. Psychology, 1997), where she was a member of the Varsity Volleyball and Basketball teams. She earned her J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law (2001), where she served as a member of the Roger Williams University Law Review and was Articles Co-Editor. She was also the judicial extern for Rhode Island Supreme Court Justice Maureen McKenna Goldberg in 2000 and served as a Law Clerk for the Rhode Island Superior Court prior to going into private practice.
